Our company
It all began in 1959, when Gennaro Iavarone, with the support of his wife Elena, opened a small butcher’s shop in the center of the town of Casavatore, a town located on the outskirts of Naples, a historic place famous for the processing and sale of meat. Since then the business has prospered thanks to the help of their children who, driven by the same passion and commitment as their parents, have made their company a leader in the production of typical Neapolitan products, such as: strong soup, cracklings and lard. For three generations the Iavarone company has represented the authenticity of the Neapolitan tradition, constantly seeking innovation to make its products valuable and tasty.
