our strong soup (soffritto) is a typical Neapolitan product with an ancient recipe, made according to a simple natural method. A sauce made from the hearts, lungs and meat of Italian pigs, with the addition of lard, sweet and spicy chilli sauce, bay leaves and rosemary. Simple to prepare, just add a little water to the sauce placed in a pan and heat it, after which it is ready to season pasta and croutons.
