Greppole

Greppole are obtained by cooking selected cuts of pork. During cooking, the fat part becomes lard and the lean part takes on a crumbly consistency, like a chip. Now they are used above all to accompany aperitifs and starters. It has shapes similar to those of a potato chip, with a light brown color.
